Except in cases where Wiley Insurance Inc. has a specific fee agreement to receive compensation from its client, Wiley Insurance customarily receives compensation from insurers for its professional services in the form of commissions, which consist of a percentage of the premium collected by the insurers. Wiley Insurance may also receive additional compensation, under agreements with one or more insurers and/or insurance intermediaries, in the form of commission overrides or based on some combination of volume, profitability or other factors. Wiley Insurance may be a party to such agreements with one or more of the insurers or insurance intermediaries with or through which Wiley Insurance places your insurance. At your request, Wiley Insurance will be pleased to supply further details of any such fee, override or other compensation that relates to your account.
