Wiley Insurance Agency Inc. was founded in 1992 by Roxy E. Wiley and incorporated in 2006. We are a team of people committed to new ideas and old truths. We pride ourselves on the highest of ethical standards and we are committed to integrity in our agency, which begins and ends with the long-term good of our clients.
Wiley Insurance Agency Inc. writes all lines of insurance including personal lines, commercial lines, surety bonds, travel insurance and life insurance. Our staff is constantly seeking innovative solutions in everything we do for you, our customer.
Our agency is an independent agency representing 20+ insurance companies. The agency is licensed to do business in Alabama Georgia, and Tennessee. In order to better serve you, we compare many different companies, coverages, and costs ‘in house’ so that the customer’s needs are met by providing several cost quotes. Our mission is to provide you with quality coverage and no gaps at the absolute lowest premium.

Meet Our Team
Roxy E. Wiley, LUTCF
Roxy began his career with Wiley Insurance Agency Inc. in 1992, as owner and principal. Roxy is responsible for the overall management of the agency . Roxy has a Bachelor of Science in Business and he continues his insurance education via educational seminars, and continued education which keep him up-to-date on product evolution, thereby allowing the agency to be in the forefront of our industry by providing protection for valued clientele. Tabitha L. Whalen, Agent
She is the life customer service representative, the Commercial Business representative, including servicing new and existing accounts. Tabitha also writes and services new and existing property and casualty accounts. Tabitha continues to update her education by attending continuing education courses and insurance related seminars. Natasha Zizzo, CSR
Natasha started with the agency June 2018 and serves as the Customer Service Representative. She handles all calls and manages customer inquiries, resolves service problems, documents customer requests, and helps with policy endorsements. Natasha is currently working on her Alabama Personal Insurance License. Natasha may be reached at 256-721-9949
Faye Wiley, Payroll/Accounts Receivable-Payable/Donations
