Insurance Fees & Commissions

Except in cases where Wiley Insurance Inc. has a specific fee agreement to receive compensation from its client, Wiley Insurance customarily receives compensation from insurers for its professional services in the form of commissions, which consist of a percentage of the premium collected by the insurers.

Wiley Insurance may also receive additional compensation, under agreements with one or more insurers and/or insurance intermediaries, in the form of commission overrides or based on some combination of volume, profitability or other factors. Wiley Insurance may be a party to such agreements with one or more of the insurers or insurance intermediaries with or through which Wiley Insurance places your insurance.
